Yokogawa EJX510A Gauge Pressure Transmitter
Reliable and High Performance Pressure Measurement
Yokogawa EJX510A Gauge Pressure Transmitter
The EJX-A series from Yokogawa represents the pinnacle of performance in the DPharp transmitter lineup. Introduced in 2004, it is engineered to deliver exceptional performance and reliability, even in the most demanding applications. With its unparalleled accuracy and stability, the EJX-A series stands as a true leader in the DPharp family of pressure transmitters. The EJX510A is the Gauge Pressure Transmitter in the series, designed for in-line mounting.
The high-performance EJX510A absolute and gauge pressure transmitters are equipped with a single crystal silicon resonant sensor, making them ideal for measuring liquid, gas, or steam pressure. These models provide a 4 to 20 mA DC output signal proportional to the measured pressure. They are designed for quick response and offer remote setup and monitoring through BRAIN or HART communications, along with diagnostics. An optional status output for pressure high/low alarms is also available. The transmitters incorporate multisensing technology that enhances diagnostic capabilities, allowing detection of issues such as impulse line blockages or heat trace failures. Additionally, models supporting FOUNDATION Fieldbus and PROFIBUS PA protocols are available.
All EJX series transmitters, except for the Fieldbus and PROFIBUS variants, are certified to meet SIL 2 safety requirements in their standard configuration.
Key features of the EJX510A include:
- ± 0.04% Accuracy for precise measurement
- ± 0.2% Stability over 15 years for long-term reliability
- 90 ms Response Time for fast, responsive measurements
- 10,800 psig Maximum Overpressure for enhanced durability
- Exida and TÜV SIL 2/3 Certified for safety and reliability
- Local Parameter Setting (LPS) for easy configuration
